Thanks Howard, I used to do apnea knee bends for quite a while, but I stopped because of lack of motivation. I think I will start with cardio training to raise my general fitness level and maybe stop with dry apnea exercises for a while. The only thing that I'm still thinking of is that my "easy phase" of my dives is soo short. So could this be caused by a bad overall fitness level for example?
