Re: dive time and cardio shape

Just make sure to keep it in the aerobic range. Too low and you get no benefit. Too high and you quit burning fat, use up the sugar stores and start building up lactic acid. You may need to experiment to find that middle ground. Once you improve your cardio (typically 3-4 days/week) then you can expand to anarobic training once in a while and get back to the statics.
