Any good recipes for Egg Nog and Gluhwein?

We are having 20 odd people over for Christmas Eve dinner... does anyone have a good reipe for egg nog and/or gluhwein?

We are having the party in the garden (18-20deg C so its ok). Any ideas? Lots on the net but wanted a tried and tested recipe.
