This may be a dumb question, but if you want to change the angle of your foot pockets, couldn't you just order your foot pocket slightly larger than what you think you'd need, then build up the inside of the pocket? You could even do it in incremental layers, so you could figure out what the optimum angle would be for you (which I would assume would depend on the flexibility of your foot)?
