Slovenia is the ultimate place in the world for cheap diving courses. In sumer the water temperature gets up to 26 deg C, and the wisibility is up to 15m...but the course prices are still totally low. You pay for an all inclusive PADI Open Water Diver course nothing more as 220 Eur...is that cheap or what? Checkout
