People here are specialist in this kind of fishing. We call it "pescar en la rompiente" (fish in the wave). You go to the middle of the white zone of waves breaking into the rocks (we can do it with 2-3 meter waves, more depending of shore caractheristics) and shoot fish eating mussels in that zone in high tide.
I will publish a video of one of my "sargo" fishing in that conditions.
Is the zone the cape? or around Capetown?
