I recall the Picasso Black Teams are well regarded, so that sounds hopeful. I was looking at last year's catalog initially which didn't feature the Fibrex. I don't know but fibre glass/carbon fins sound stiff and perhaps more suited to deep diving(?). I need the power more at the surface, swimming distance & in currents...I usually dive less than 30 feet down, often half that, as I tend to dive alone & anyway that's where the fish usually are.
