Hi im completly new to freediving but i want to learn some my goals are:
1 Static dry 3:30(after 4 days 2:30)
2 To be under water swimming for atleast a minute(currently mabye 15sec)
Im not using a wetsuit is there any need for weights?
im 15 years old and no good at enlish......
