I am really wanting to get into spearfishing and am going to be taking some trips this next year where I could try to learn and get a start. Hawaii is the main place I will be traveling. I would like to be able to travel with my speargun without checking it separate. I am wondering if you can dismount the handle from the barrel of a cressi comanche. This way I could put the barrel in a tube with my poles and the handle in my bag. I am hoping someone might be able to give me some info. Thanks for any info.
