Here is Hawaii we are blessed with warm clear waters so its not unusual for us to spend 4-8 hours diving.
The important thing is to find what fits you best and use it. If C4's fit in Omer, Spettons or any other brands that don't need "tweaking" more power to the diver.
I've had my C4's for six years now and no problem. The biggest problem I've had is the rails of the C4 getting old and cracking off. If anyone knows hows to get replacements for those rails I'd love to know where to get them.

Aloha,Daryl
Daryl, Acquasport - Pesca subacquea - Apnea - ARA do the original C4 rails as spare parts (at EUR 8 if I remember correctly), but I have no clue as to the shipping costs to Hawaii. Also they are struggling a bit with English. It would seem one could also glue the Omer rails to C4 blades which are presumably easier to locate in the States.

I had to replace the rails as well on pair of C4 Falcons that were heavily (ab-)used for reef hunting (cut & ripped rather than aged).

Cheers
