...step away from the keyboard and think for a few minutes how we gonna do this...Ideally best time is a weekday (less traffic) but if that don't work out then we'll do a weekend...If the headcount is low then what we could do is reduce the area to make it a bit more challenging and a bit more personal

Mahi's idea on the Elliot trip/contest is also good...but that should be a contest in and of itself...LET ME HEAR SOME INPUT
