[Cheapfish]

I made one out of 5/16 inch roundstock and some 50lb leader wire. I drilled a hole into the back of the roundstock which slid about 1 inch deep on a shaft. I then sharpened the end that pierces the fish into a tricut tip and then drilled a hole almost 1/3 of the way down the "dart" and attached my leader wire. I used a rubber band to hold tension between the leader and the shaft which does a pretty good job of holding it on but easily slipping off after passing through a fish. Badabing Badaboom.!
