Lightbulb Re: Miami Spearin' Contest

This really all depends on how the tourney would be held. For example, if in teams then each member should put forth their two best fishes,. If individual then each person should be allowed to weigh in 3 of their best fishes. Of course no illegal fishes and stick to the Florida Spearfishing Fishing Regulations. Bag limits and everything else or disqualification.

All keep in mind you can shoot w.e you want but are limited to a specific # for tourney fishes. Meaning you can enter the tourney and not necessarily go home empty handed? clear enough?

What I would have a problem with would be the prices for a team of spearos who win something. Would it be enough to give them both something? oppose to an individual tourney where you have 1 winner. Consider also 2nd & 3rd place holders!

For Safety Reasons, teams should be highly favored but that's just my opinion

PS: I can be a boat Captain if who ever wants to ride ships in for gas that way those without boats can still feel like they have a chance.

Sorry for late update but you may want to consider only 1 species limit for weigh in. So there is an even odd for every one that doesn't necessarily find two groupers or two huge cudas.
