AquaSphere (the same company that makes the Sphera freediving mask) makes 0.5mm wetsuits: Aqua Sphere: masks, goggles fins, snorkels, and thermal swim wear for the recreational swimmer
Also Mares does a 1mm wetsuit: Wetsuit - Mares Revolution 1mm - Wetsuit - Other Brand Wetsuits and you will find many more if you enter "1mm wetsuit" into Google
