Hey all.

I am a new fairly inexperienced spearfish hunter. I will be travelling to Barra/Inhambane in next week and I was wondering where do I obtain a licence to be able to spearfish in that area.

Also, are there any cool spots in that region to dive? I will mostly do shore dives.
