Flaps come in stifness 30 for sure - I have a pair. And probably 40 too eventhough I don't know for sure.
BTW - I'm 186cm/+-85kg and find them quite OK - I prefer stiffer fins to softer. I used Gara 2000HD before and those were fine for me and I find the C4 Flap 30 a bit softer.
