No problem. Here's a link to a thread I started that has some videos of sambas (these can result from training) I tend to be a little cavalier in how I view safety while I train (and even when I spearfish sometimes which is obviously very stupid) but anyway these videos took be back a step and made me really realize how dangerous this can be and how quickly it can happen.
