Ok this year the water started warming up and i can almost go in it so i started workin on my breath holds again last year i was about 2 min. so this year i went to check it but couldnt even reach a min. so i thought maybe it was not bein used to the low o2 so i waited a bit then then took my time again but this time not air (exhale and hold) and i got 30 sec on an empt but only 50 sec with a full breath

im in decent shape i did cross crountry and wrestling i enjoy running and do on occasion go on long ones weather permiting(2-10 miles)my
PR is 2:41 and now im not even hitting a min. im in great shape i run 5:30 mile times but i cant hold air anymore....?
what should i start with i work out and run regulary?
