Today I used for the first time my self-made neckweight in DNF. I reached the 25 meters in 5 strokes (without I always needed 7 - 8). I am using a 2,7 Kg neckweight, which is a little bit too much without wearing a wetsuit. Next week I'll try it wearing the wetsuit and I think it will help me a lot to reach the 25 meters in only 3 strokes.
Before using the neckweight I needed to correct myself because I was getting positive
