As for the line, I just rigged some line to take pics and try it in the water. The line I bought (16mm) hasn't arrived yet.
And one thing is yet missing, I want to install a clamp
Aaron, the overall cost including line (50m) was about 120€, but I bought tube and line used on ebay so they were cheaper.
I tried it out tonight in a lake nearby and it worked great with a 7kg lead weight. I have yet to try it with 15 or more kg for FIM.
By the way, how much weight do you use for FIM?
