That is great. Erik I suppose you have still been doing First Go preparation. Do you know how other "gurus" like Herbert Nitsch, Tom Sietas, etc. prepare? I do believe that no warm up approach make sence! I only have to find how to handle with sooner contractions and to keep fine with contractions
