cold water (guess not in Miami?) equalizing too hard? not frequently enough? I would bet you actually see rose colored snot rather than red red blood in a real nosebleed? It would happen to me all the time when I started but gets less all the time. there are many fine capillaries in the nose and sinuses that rupture with ease if not treated nicely.
