Summer is back and uni is almost over so its time for freediving again, my breathold has once again returned to a measly 45 seconds, wonderful
but last tiem i increased my static breath hold from 20 seconds to 2:45 in just two weeks so hopefully that will happen again
Any Swansea people here?
