NEW BOAT...something wrong w/ engine?

My family owns some land here on the eastern side of Maui in a place called Kaupo. We go out there alot to work on our cabin and get away from the hustle bustle of Lahaina. Its a beautiful place that is mostly ranch land. THis side of the island has some insane and very exposed dive spots w/ some very large fish too. But this thread isnt about fish

A few months ago my father and I were driving home from the property when we noticed a boat in a pasture along the side of the road. I had my camera and wanted to take a few photos so we stopped. As I approached the boat I noticed that ever permeating smell of rotting flesh. So strong I had to suppress the urge to hurl. As I came around the back of the boat I saw something that completely blew me away. a 2000lb "brahma bull" with its head stuck in the hole where the transom used to be on the boat. I took a few pictures that day but I have been unable to find them and due to the smell they were from a distance and not very good.

A week ago we were driving home again and I decided to see if the bull was still there. To my surprise it was, and the smell wasnt nearly as bad so I opted to take a few more pics. Upon closer inspection I found that there is actually TWO cows with there heads stuck in the hole! One is the carcass of a cow and the second of the bull.

anyone care to elaborate on the story? was this a love, murder, suicide?

check out the pictures. In the first one you can see the remains of the black bull with its head in the back of the boat. If you look closely you will see a bit of white on the top right corner of the boat (behind the bull).. this is the remains of the cow.

The second picture is of the heads from inside the boat. The cow on bottom and the bull on top.

They were a lovely couple! may the R.I.P.....together....in the back of a boat!
