Nevermind... I understand now. Im sure you could modify the existing muzzle. Nothing a hacksaw and a file wont fix. If you can take a look at some other open muzzle guns and see how they are built. I just modified my 75cm cave gun to an open muzzle by sawing off the threads that held the euro-style bands and did a little shaping with some epoxy. Added a brass pin, filed a channel for the line and the gun works great now.
