Women's WR, before this, is being held by a girl that have competed at AIDA competitions (same discipline) in that year. But I did not compete in AIDA competition this year, just to be sure i will be able to compete at European championship in Turkey this year. Not that I prefer CMAS over AIDA, quite the opposite but in Croatia one can actually gain something by competing at CMAS championship, so I decide that I will do DYN for CMAS and all other disciplines for AIDA. Not a popular move, I know, but I had no choice.

Yes, that's correct. And in France and some other lands the situation is similar - many freedivers avoid AIDA competitions for the same reason. Although the national federation does not care about any AIDA competitions, they could not participate on international CMAS events. And as you tell, unlike with AIDA, you can gain some prizes and financial/material/logistic support from CMAS, so it is rather comprehensible.
I knew you participated this year on the AIDA competition in Rab, but I did see that it was just depth disciplines. I looked at it closer, and see now there was indeed no conflict with CMAS rules.
As for the former women's DYN record - do you mean the 195,02 m by Natalia Babich done during the World Championship 2007? Did really Natalia Babich compete in DYN on some AIDA competitions in 2007? I would be quite surprised, because on the very same championship, there were several disqualifications for the very same reason (among others Christophe Bruel from the French team). Well, the disqualification apply only to countries which adhere to CMAS, so if there were no CMAS federation in Russia, indeed she could not be disqualified for participating on an AIDA competition. I thought though that Russia is a member of CMAS.
