Can't offer an opinions on the other fins mentioned, but I have so far been happy with my gara 3000ld's for diving anywhere from 10-40 feet, but feel like it wouldn't be a problem to go deeper either. I am a smaller guy (5'9" 152 lbs) and I wouldn't want a much stiffer fin, but if your in the 180+ range, you may have the strength to over power these fins, but I guess it depends on what kind of diving you are doing. Hope this helps!
