Yeah just burst capillaries. As long you have to blow your nose first to get it out that's fine. But if you have blood gushing out your nose (until it floods your mask) that's bad news. I rarely have nosebleeds these days, but when I did before (just rusty colored sputum / mucus), it was because I had seawater in my mask and some got sucked in the nose.
