thanks Spago. You know the Chileans MUST be going, but I also KNOW they have no money to check the place out first.

I will try to find out who the team will be. The recent nationals (to decide who goes) in Antofagasta, north of Chile, have been canceled first due to pathetic bureaucratic and organizational issues, and now due to HORRIBLE storms we have been having in the ocean.

As you may guess, Chileans do well in crappy, cold, current filled water with 1 to 5Kg fish. I'm not hoping for too much in VE! But of course, I'll be hoping for a team, or individual win!
