Well my walking apneas just sucks

I can do around 120 double steps (counting just one leg steps) in time of aprox 2min... That's really not so good... I have a friends that can do walking apneas almost twice that long... but they can't do it in water...
I'm just bad at dry land, i can't do more then 5min static or 2min walking, and in pool, I easy do 7+min static or 3min dynamic swim... So I'll put it this way, it's not about time and distance you can pull of at dry land, it's just training for pool. So, do walking apneas, as long as you can, but that's not dynamic, so don't be too sad if you do it short, or opposite, too much exited if you do it long...
That's just training and preparation for the real stuff
