You will be easily able to buy lead in Sharm in case you do not have enough, so do not worry about that. In your place I would take only an empty rubber freediving belt and rent or buy the lead there. You will see after the first dip if you need more or less.
The salinity is only slightly higher in the Red Sea than in the Adriatic that you may know, and the buyancy considerably more positive than in fresh water that you probably dive home. On the other hand you may not need any wetsuit there for fun diving or photographing, or just a short thin one. You can also adjust your buyancy by exhaling some air when needed.
