Hi there,

Finally got around to taking the rig out for a dive on Saturday (shortest day here in the southern hemisphere)

The key difference between the OZ and Kiwi Versions is the way the line is rigged.

With the Kiwi version the line is attached through a mainsheet jammer block clipped to a patch sewn to the underside of the biscuit. To retrieve the line you just put one foot on the strap above the block and pull on the rope. No need to get out of the water, can bring up 8KG very rapidly, 20KG slower! Have used this setup with counterweight spreader bar clipped between the loop and the block - other end of bar clipped to boat.
