hi, 1 week ago i could barely hold my breath for :45 seconds, but now after some training, i can do a 2:10 dry static, probably more i just stoped because i was exited for 2 minutes, but is 2:10 a average time for a 15 year old? my wet statics only about 1:30, but its harder cuz of pressure and stuff, used to be like 30 seconds, are these good for my age?

p.s. ive been doing a consecutive :45 second holds, i can get to 4 of them, im pretty sure these are called extreme co2 tables, should i continue doing so?
