The plastic are Rob Allen. The advantage is they won't pull out as easy as a knot. I pulled a knot through on one. I may not be using the right knot?? I call it a double overhand knot. I think more so was the type of cord on the constrictor knot and I was not getting it as tight as I should have. I'll have to look at the double surgeon, the knot I'm using, I wish it was JUST a little bigger.

you could always go to a triple surgeon. I think its the same knot that riffe uses in their wishbones.
