FYI: There are 4 long term stay Freedivers now here in Cebu, Moalboal.
Right now we do lots of Fundiving, Deepdive Training on the line and Outdoor Action (Motorbiking, Caves, Waterfalls).
From November 20 on there will be more arrivals and we do underwater hunting north and south of our "Homebase" Moalboal.

The video is from Herbert Nitsch when we went spearing together some months ago. He gave me permission to publish it.

yeah, great catch.
And especially important to mention ...
He fired his gun 5 times that day and he hit 5 big fish.
He has a very good hunting and shooting technique.

Anybody who knows how shy red snapper and lapulapu (grouper) are in the phils knows what i mean.

red snapper are very skittish and our lapulapu compared to groupers abroad is hard to approach which add to the degree of difficulty.. add to that that we make our own speargun from scratch and has limited range. that trygons speargun looks veryyyyyyyyyyyy sexy. thanx again wdaf. miles woolgar also has a vid spearfishing in cebu but no underwater scene..
