you will find monica and eusebio in kotao. they have a freediving school and a freediving shop there. there website is www.apnea_total.com. just spent 2 months on the island and got some really good training with these guys.

if not go down sairee beach and look for the planet scuba dive shop. they have their shop right there.

I trained with them in January, I've been diving for 15 years (scuba) and this was the best five days diving I've ever done. They use the boats of Easy Divers in Mae Had so you should be able to contact them there too. The Easy Divers boats take freedivers along with scuba divers for a few baat.
