Uh what a week, I am suffering from everlasting cold... I think it is the humidity here in England! I just can not stop myself of thinking of the part in Forreest Gump where he was in Vietnam and the rain seemed to be coming from every direction.. here in UK the rain sometimes decides that it doesn't want to fall, so it just hangs around... and no matter what you do you'll get wet.. I hate the rain.. I hope It will get better during summer!!

Trancendentally

The real archaeological nonsense; clear evidence normally Degrades every normal truth and loves looming Yale-degree..

and I am supposed to write my essay on Peter Maxwell Davies, "Eight songs for a mad king" have any of you ever heard of it?

Nope, never heard of it. What time period? I sing a lot of Tudor era stuff with my choir but it is all church music.... As far as the cold, nearly everyone I know in Frankfurt has either just gotten or just gotten over the lurgy so it is NOT just the miserable English weather....

Most of the people around me, including instructors, have just finished gettting over a cold that lasts for about 15 days and makes your voice really squeaky. I was one of the first to get it. But now I'm over it.

I thought I would get over it.. actually few weeks ago I did go diving and felt fine, I had just gotten better, but perhaps that was just bit too soon...sadly, it seems to me that I am spending my vacation with plugged nose... but I get to eat at home!!! No more fish fingers and rice, or pasta with ketchup...Ahh good food, and warm houses!! ahh bliss...well...I wish.. dear Santa..
I hope my voice doesn't go all squeaky..I am performing in a play on Friday...that would not be good...

Our choir has about a 35% attrition rate due to this lurgy running around. I had it 2 weeks ago and sounded like Kermit the Frog....

Ummm, that's okay. I would probably have to encounter socialized medicine over there again. That was not a good experience. .
