Recently, Edward secretly prefered eating custard tarts.

Poor Randy Edward Frantically Elicited Romantically Enticing Diversions.

Edward was retired and had to find something to keep his mind off his imminent death and lack of a life lived to the full. Still, he did have his memories of romantic liasons of the past. He just wished he had focused more on romantic love than just getting his end off.

Wow, that is terribly, terribly depressing. What brought that up?

It's your birthday KP - cuddle away!

Experiencing eXtreme cuddling, emotional sharks surely invigorated vapid European ladies yesterday.

Didn't mean to be depressing Rachael - I like the 'stream of conciousness' type of writing. (Edward did end up meeting a lovely lady who shared his passion for trees and motorbikes and they lived happily ever after.)

Obsequious bullys foul up seriously confused a$$holes tirades especially.

Alright, this is just weird (or I'm just a really confused parent): my kid (almost 3) beat the $h!t out of a (almost) 5 yr. old today, for stealing a toy from her again (usually she just cries, but today she nailed him a few times with a train track). - this kid does this often (I've witnessed it), and to other kids (not just mine); his parents don't think it's an issue. Her teacher was upset about the violence perpetrated by my child, and suggested that my child should not have had the reaction that she did. I, on the other hand, am having trouble with the idea of disciplining my child for something that I might do (beat the $h!t out of someone for stealing from others)..

Think about someone stealing your OMER, Picasso, O'neill, Riffe, Ocean Kayak, (Oh crap, thats MY kit!) etc., Do you watch them run down the beach laughing, or

Too deep? Opinions very welcome...

Sorry for the double post but,

...He looked at the garage, where his second cousin, Yolander, had stored the Harley Davidson. He had wasted the first half of his life. And he still had the phone number...

Does that help, Rachel?

Re: Acronym game ....

Ahhh....sorry, Adam. It was kind of random, and I did not understand.

Rick, congrats on such a gutsy little girl! Did she get the toy back? I hope so. I wonder at the teacher's assertion that stealing is okay but self-defense is an inappropriate reaction. That's backward. Does it occur to this teacher that stealing is an act of violence? Stealing also denotes a lack of respect, and that can cause problems in many other areas, and it doesn't look like anyone is doing anything to curtail it. I also wonder at the boy's parents. When will they teach their little darling to share and take turns? When he's 7? 12? 15? I agree that violence is not always an appropriate reaction, but they seem to be sparing the rod and spoiling the child.

My opinion I'm just glad to hear that there are some kids and parents that advocate standing up for yourself. And nooo, if someone tried to steal my gear

Said events raise ire over unacceptable stealing; Lockedin's yelling!

I doubt that you yelled Did you see the whole thing happen?

stealing

Super-clepto trash erradicated after largely ignorant nonscheduled grab.

After a lengthy typing hiatus, I am back baby. Blasted neighbors with the non firewalled i-net moved. Shure am gonna miss those people. It is rough now. Don't want to mess with dial up, and apparently, i live in a cable/dsl black hole. 20 minutes on the phone and all i got was refered to and automated transfer system. Looks like its satellite for me.

Some have inquired as to the sucess of my hoohah and i must give the shindig a stunning review. A little keg of sammy adams, apple tarts, pizza, 4 of my favorite girlfreinds ever, 2 good wrestling matches for me(not with the chicks). Tally of burned furniture- just 1 big couch cause we slacked and didn't go pick up any extras, 2 dressers, a couple of trees...........

Tipsy revelers ashed sofa hotly.

Glad to have you back! Sounds like the party went well. Ya know it was a good party when you're keeping a tally of fried furniture!I love going "sneakernet"! At home, there are three or four unsecured networks, but they're all fairly slow (1.5mbps). Once upon a time, I had a gig that let me work from home, so I got a 6mbps connect. You can get pretty fast Satellite connects, but weather can be a factor. I recently found my parents marina has a few unsecured connections...
