Do you pinch your nose during dry apnea?

I suppose not, but thatīs what Iīve been doing my first two days now. Feels like Iīm going to cheat otherwise.

So whatīs the correct way of doing it?

Re: Do you pinch your nose during dry apnea?

Yes, the best is using a nose-clip. Not only your sinuses absorb some oxygen, but in the moment you start getting contractions you may start exhaling and possibly inhaling some air.

I'm not sure of the safety of using a nose-clip or mask for dry apnea alone. I wouldn't do it myself.

Re: Do you pinch your nose during dry apnea?

I guess I'll just continue pinching my nose with my fingers then. Not really relaxing my whole body that way, but seeing as I've only been doing this for two days, I don't think it really matters... Might look into getting a nose clip at a later point.

Get a nose clip, a cheap one will do. Or just use a clothes peg.
