I just wanted to introduce myself -

I´from Austria, 37 y, and started with an freediving course last year in june.
(Scuba diving since 15 years)
I do not train often and because of our cold clima and no ocean :-(
i have to use pools and lakes ....(damm cold)
I have managed to push my statics from 1´30 to 4´30
and DYF to 80 m ( now i have to train to break the 100 .. :-) )
and i am noticed that i am going to do more and more freedives and
less scuba / tank / dives.
I hope i can manage to dive in 30m depth soon, because my best was 27 m.

.... yes - we do pool training in small groups (3-5)

and the same for lake training.
