Women's 2009' State Freedive Spearfishing Team

We are looking for a few women who would like to become involved in forming a women's freedive team for the 2009' State Freedive Spearfishing Championships in Bayport Florida. The team members will need to be in fairly close proximity home wise to Pinellas County as this is where we will all be training.
Teresa Hattaway of Jim's Dive Shop is willing to sponsor the team with some equipment as well as providing the dive store's heated pool for training. We will also be training offshore with boats trips provided by myself and a couple of close friends.
We are not discouraging any skill level (Spearfishing or freediving) from inquiring, as you will be the first all women’s team in our area. This is a serious adventure but on the same token is meant to be fun for everyone.
We have our first opportunity at use of the pool this Sunday February 10th at 11:00am.
