Picasso black team fin with Sporasub blade?

Hi:
I bought a pair of the Picasso black team fin, I feel it is too stiff for me now, so I am thinking of buying a pair of the Sporasub H.DESSAULT blade. Anyone has any idea if blade from those two fins are exchangeable? Also, Sporasub has 4 colors, black, blue, grey, green, what is the softest one, what is the stiffest one?

The Sporasub blades won't work on the Picasso foot pockets. Buy the Picasso Start blade. It's green and it's their most flexible blade. Good luck!
