long dry summer

Its been a while since I posted and it has been a long dry summer for me. Inflationary pressures up, work hours down, major plumbing repairs, daughter had to be rescued from out of state moves in then moves out and had to dump major money into signing up for diplomat program at work to get extra letters behind name so I stand a better chance of going full time so no diving till 36 hours from now. Headed to Rhode Island where water entry are sandy beaches not boulder strewn washing machine.
Heard back from my CA dive guide, its funny how the same event is interpitited differently. My guide did not want to push me into something I was not comfortable with, smart on his part because that is how accidents happen. Like most misunderstandings better communications may have made a difference. I should been clearer on wanting him to stick close by.
