San Diego is the south end of SoCal and Ventura is the north. I would suppose the middle is somewhere in the Laguna area so there a lot of spearos out here. Welcome aboard. We're a disputatious lot but only bad-tempered on the net. In person, we're a bunch of pussycats.

Hi
One of the beauties of this site is the ability to talk to people many thousands of miles away - like me. As has been said California is a big place and there are lots of spearo's out there. However the whole world is not such a big place anymore with the Web and cheap airfairs. Was in Cali myself last year (4500 miles each way). RayBanFoxMan is your age and lives in southern Ca. Try sending him a Private Message (PM). He visits our little thread, http://forums.deeperblue.net/forum118/thread64444.html ,which is always interesting even if not directly relevant to you. However, as I started off saying, that's the beauty of Deeperblue. Just to finish must add that I rate Oldsarge and reckon if you need help he's your man. Never known him to be anything but helpful.
