My brother is thinkin' bout retiring in Costa Rica!!!
 Lucky Dawg! Too bad he's not a spearfisherman....  If I lived there I'd probably eat fish everyday!  He says the price is right...Downright cheap actually... And the local people are happy and very friendly...Relatively low crime rate too! I'd go for it if I was him (my brother)....But I'd really miss him...Me & him are pretty tight....
