Gran Canaria Spearos!

Living in Gran Canaria and need to find good places to spearfish and freedive. Anyone out there know a good place to this in any of the Canaries???

hi dave, some months ago I looked into going to the canaries for spearing. In the end I went to madeira instead, partly because they have simpler rules. From the info I got it seemd like la palma was a good place to go. Here is a link with some info, including the rules on spearing and the zones where spearing is allowed.
