Spearfishing Buddy in Germany?

Hi,
i am a spearo from Germany and i am looking for a Dive / Spearfishing Buddy in the NRW area. Yes i know spearfishing is prohibited in Germany (that`s so shi..!!) For spearfishing i drive to Denmark, Norway and Croatia. But for training in Germany it would be good to have buddy. Anyone form Germany here? If not i will move to a spearfishing friendly country
