In beginning of December I plan a 14 to 20 day trip to on of the Canary Islands. But before I go there I would like to have some information. My choice is Tenerife. Is any other island better? I saw one link from spearfishing club on Tenerife http://www.apneasur.8k.com but I didn’t find any email address or contact (I don’t speak Spanish). What kind of permission do I need, are there any national parks or protected areas? Where can I get any contact for more information?

Hi,
For complete information on spearfishing on Tenerife you can contact Atlantic Divers on the island. The store is run by british couple and they take divers to spearfishing areas.
