I am moving to Paris for a year or so at the beginning of Feb.
Figured I may as well spend the year getting myself in shape for some freediving. At the moment I know what I've learnt through this list ... and fairly unfit ... so have a long way to go. Looks like things might improve quickly though...have a static (dry) of 4:40 and dynamic of 50m ...with training thats gotta get better. Anybody have an idea if there is a club or similar I can hook up with in central Paris? |

If you want to learn or improve monofinswimming in Paris, you can contact me. girardin.mat@club-internet.fr
We train 2/3 times weeks. But it's not freediving, it's only monofinswimming.

At the beginning of 2003, there was no decent freediving club in central Paris... Now there is going to be one right in the center of the Quartier Latin... |
