Anyone in the Aberystwyth area?

Back to the forums after not visiting for ages!

I'm starting a new job near Aberystwyth towards the end of September, so I'll be leaving Manchester (at last). There anyone in that sort of area?

I am from Kent but I would be interested in arranging a weekend diving trip at some point. I may be able to get a few others up as well. Any good quarries?

Croeso Narked,

Just come back from a trip visiting the relatives just south of you in Cardigan. Did a bit of spearfishing the last few times I was there. Found some nice dropoffs with lots of life, around Mwnt and Aberporth and a few of the bays south of Newquay. Viz is never great usualy less than 3-4m, Depth wise in Mwnt it drops down to about 14m but most life is above 10m.

If you need any directions for the sites just get in touch.

I may be back down before Christmas but the sea gets a bit unpredictable around that time. If you find any inland sites then I will deffenatly be up for it.

Hi will be in Aberystwyth sometime between the 31st of May and the 4th of June. Not yet sure if to pack the suit and maybe also a borrowed speargun but would be fun to meet up with anyone around.
